V&A: Horst Photography
We visited to the V&A Museum and went to the Horst exhibition. There were many different kinds of pictures there, which I liked because there were lots of pictures all done in different time by different people, in different ways. There are a few photographs below which I gave my thoughts on.

This image stands out because of the simplicity. There is a person standing in the middle of the picture which catches your attention. The shadows on either side frame the subject and the black and white colours contrast.
The height of this person gives the picture something that makes it less ordinary, the face and hair is very effective but bland, which allows you to focus on the person's clothing, shadow and expression.

This image is effective because of the colours used, The dark background makes the actual woman stand out, and the white and red contrast really well, overall is is makes the image seem bright and catches your eye.

I like this image because of the colours and effect it has on the viewer, the woman's back it turned which instantly intrigues you. She's in the middle of the frame, and the black clothing draws you in, but then she is surrounded by different shades of pink and red which outlines the silhouette.
